Debbie Loeb Debbie
Loeb is an actress and singer/songwriter. She’s currently in NYC
recording music and appearing as herself, on her sister Lisa’s reality
based show “Number 1 Single”. The show will air on E! Entertainment
Television (beginning January 2006). Debbie has recently completed “Faraway” (more songs coming). She’s excited about her collaboration with the song’s producer Valentin, who also works with top dance artists Judy Torres, Reina, Lucas Prata and QED (Valentin and Kristine Hendricks). Loeb has previously recorded International Man of Mystery on Jive Dance Party Hits (Zomba Recording Corp.), produced by Jack Elliot, in promotion of “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me” and has also worked with The Bayside Boys (of “Macarena” fame). Her music career unofficially began in Hanoi, Vietnam, singing her rendition of West Side Story’s “I Want to Live in America” while promoting a film in which she appeared as herself (again). Some of Debbie’s television work includes “The Debbie Loeb Show” (MTV), “Lo Mejor del Mundial” (Televisa), and “Debbie Debutante” (an original children’s show). Debbie has an M.A. in Solo Performance and Education from N.Y.U. and a B.A. in Spanish Literature from U.C. Berkeley. She’s fluent in Spanish – her 2nd language and first love.
